Boarding Fees

Our boarding fees are charged per day and start from the very first day of arrival. If the cats are collected before midday on the day of departure, there will be no charge for that day. We have a minimum booking fee of 30 €.

At Cats@Home each chalet is individually heated, please note: between 15th October and 15th April an additional 1€ per night/per chalet is added to cover the costs.

Confirmation

Once availability is confirmed and you would like to proceed with a booking, we offer you 3 possibilities:

Payment

Once we have acknowledged your booking a deposit of 25 % becomes payable (minimum 15€). Bookings can only be kept open for a maximum of 3 working days without receipt of deposit.

Payments should be made either by bank transfer (details given on booking form) or in cash at the cattery at the time of booking.

The outstanding balance of the total boarding fee is payable in cash on the day of arrival. (cash only)

Any extra costs incurred such as anti parasitic treatment, veterinary fees or additional days, are payable on the day of collection.

Other Details

Deposits are non refundable in the unfortunate event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.  For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date, the full balance becomes payable. 

At Easter, Christmas and New Year, the minimum booking is 5 days.

If you return and collect your cats before the end of the booked period, no refund will be given.

We have no fixed opening hours so please phone or e-mail us to arrange a time and date you would like to visit our cattery, deliver or collect your cats.
